WHAT IS THE APPROVAL PROCESS?
All buyers must apply though our RMLO application online.
First we look at proof of income. Then debt to income is considered.
Our process allows buyers that don't normally qualify at banks or other lenders.
AM I ABLE TO SELL OR REFINANCE THE PROPERTY?
At any time you may sell or refinance the home. We highly encourage buyers to build credit and refinance into a traditional loan.
There is no prepayment penalty for selling or refinancing your home.
CAN MY INTEREST RATE CHANGE?
Your loan is a fixed interest rate throught the life of the loan. This means that the principal in interest portion of the monthly payment will remain the same.
Taxes and insurance impounds may increase yearly.
HOW AM I PROTECTED AS THE BUYER?
Your home purchase will be serviced by a third party escrow company that holds the signed deed. The neutral escrow service will collect monthly payments and pay taxes and insurance yearly.
